As we continue to grow, we seek a highly motivated and strategic Casino Manager to lead operations, drive player engagement, and ensure operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with marketing, finance, and other departments to create promotional activities and events that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new gaming technologies, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and suggest improvements to achieve key business objectives.
  • Plan, evaluate, and enhance business processes to improve efficiency and quality across operations.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate team members to maintain productivity, engagement, and operational success.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration and business growth.
  • Oversee product and service quality control, ensuring the best possible player experience.
  • Manage the execution of briefs and projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports for management to track strategic accomplishments and support informed decision-making.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to manage and lead a team of professionals, motivating and developing talent.
  • Previous experience in Igaming is a must
  • An analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and creativity to propose competitive product strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English (Advanced level).
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Understanding of business processes, supervision, sales, and financial management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a goal-oriented mindset, with outstanding networking and negotiation skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading successful casino operations.
