Responsibilities

Air Liquide Bulgaria has been on the domestic market since 1999 and is a countrywide recognised gas producer and supplier of technologies, services and gases for the food industry, large industries, healthcare and environment. Air Liquide Bulgaria has a team of 95 employees serving industrial customers.


 

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


 

Develop Air Liquide’s business by opportunity management in the framework of a Marketing & Sales Plan and to protect Air Liquide customer base against technological and competitor threats. The Business Developer is assigned to a specific market segment at a geographical territory and works in close coordination with Sales Representatives of the fields.


 

  • Initiates and maintains industrial contacts in his/her market to know about their processes 
  • Works with the sales representatives on joint account and prospection planning according to the sales development objectives for the market
  • Promotes selected Air Liquide solutions to potential and existing customers
  • Develops and leverages relationships at both a business and a technical level within customer organizations 
  • Negotiate the Air Liquide offer and signs contract with the customers
  • Protect customer portfolio against competitor attacks and increase the value of existing sales
  • Supports marketing activities by attending  trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Participates to seminars, symposiums, fairs, etc. actively
  • Arranges internal and external training on his profession


 

Are you a MATCH?


 

  • Preferably having Mechanical or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Degree
  • International  welding engineer certificate (IWE) and experience on gas shielding welding is required
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal relations and capacities in listening clients’ needs
  • Adapting personal style to effectively interact with a variety of people
  • Willing to accept stretch goals related to positive business results
  • Native Bulgarian and fluent in English
