Description -
This role will support key components of HP’s service solution portfolio through our global channel segment with a focus collaboration and managed services. This individual will act as a key liaison between sales/partner channels and stakeholders. They will define guidance, drives teams and supports goal achievement with strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
Applies subject knowledge to solve common business issues of moderate complexity. Provides analysis and limited project input as a knowledgeable team member, using independent judgment within set practices. Follows guidelines, interprets policies, evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
The role will manage in multiple direction while maintaining relationships with upper-level stakeholders. This individual will coordinate between product management and channel teams and provides recommendations for departmental or process improvements. The role also engages in mentoring and guiding lower-level employees, thereby ensuring continuous individual as well as team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the GBU and markets, ensuring the implementation of global strategies and consideration of market feedback.
- Manage cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate projects, ensuring timely delivery and that all objectives are met.
- Identify and integrate industry best practices, trends, and innovations into HP's enablement strategy.
- Proactively monitor and identify potential risks, developing mitigation plans as needed.
- Execute centrally designed initiatives on a global scale.
- Oversee the delivery of internal projects, typically encompassing very large scale and complex projects, spanning single or multiple regions, presenting a very high level of associated risk.
- Manage project financials, consistently meeting or surpassing approved budgets, and ensure the provision of dependable financial forecasts to the management.
- Drive channel program adoption and growth by identifying partner opportunities with HP’s Renew portfolio.
- Create resource packages, programs and best practices for HP Business Development Managers to support partners. Interface with channel sales resources ensuring alignment to achieve fiscal targets.
- Works closely with Renew Channel business leader on enablement strategy, key deliverables and metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engagement materials for partner Renew adoption.
- Negotiate and influence offerings and programs with GBU based on sales/partner feedback.
- Collaborate with operations teams and BDMs to maintain a positive partner experience and serve as a liaison to assist partner adoption for the Renew business
Recommended Experience & Education
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units, and with global projects, channel ecosystem, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $93,150 to $140,650 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
