Responsibilities
Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Provide visionary leadership to the Consulting Services team, guiding their professional growth and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Understand their technology challenges, collaborate on solutions, and ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to design and develop innovative, tailored solutions that effectively address clients' technology challenges.
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas within existing client accounts. Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Contribute to the strategic vision of the Consulting Services division, leveraging industry insights to position the company as a technology consulting leader.
• Oversee the financial performance of the division, managing budgets and ensuring project profitability while maintaining client value.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery.
• Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and publications, establishing thought leadership in the technology consulting space.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role in consulting
• Proven experience: Significant experience in consulting with a history of successful projects
• Proficiencies: Thorough knowledge of consulting methodologies, industry trends, and technology
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g., MBA)
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Six Sigma are a plus
