Description -
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Partner Business Manager (PBM) to join our channel team in Finland. As a PBM, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong partnerships. You will be the central point of contact for partner management and sales teams, responsible for driving partner satisfaction and maximizing business growth opportunities.
You will be responsible for sharing advanced product information with partners, analyzing sales opportunities, and achieving quotas. The role collaborates with partners on business plans, engages in transactional selling, and manages the sales pipeline, offering insights to partners. The role builds strong partner relationships, monitors performance, and stays updated on industry trends.
Responsibilities
Shares information about the organization’s products, services, promotions, and configurations to the partners.
Analyzes sales opportunities and shares relevant sales materials with partners within a designated area of focus, while actively seeking upsell and/or cross-sell opportunities.
Achieves assigned quotas for organization products, services, and software by effectively promoting and selling them.
Collaborates with partners to develop joint business plans, outlining sales goals, marketing activities, and resource allocation in adherence to legal and ethical practices.
Collaborates with a team of sales professionals, engaging in transactional selling activities.
Engages with partners to manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from initial contact to deal closure.
Provides insights and guidance to partner business managers or end-user sales teams regarding partners' capabilities and strengths.
Develops and nurtures strong relationships with stakeholders within partner organizations, fostering trust and collaboration.
Monitors partner performance against targets, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
Stays updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies and recommendations to partners.

Education and experience required:
We are recruiting a PBM to support partners with the potential to significantly grow HP. Building and maintaining strong relationships is in the core of your talent together with business development in cooperation with a team of professionals.
Education and experience required:
Fluency in both Finnish and English is an absolute requirement
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial role
Team player with growth mindset and positive energy
Experience with business development
Well-developed proven relationship skills
Good understanding of business financials
in-depth industry knowledge and/or experience is a plus
