THE WORK:

• Provide administrative support to Managers.

• Prepare reports and presentations.

• Manage and organize meetings and workshops.

• Ensure timely completion of tasks and proper flow of information.

• Enter and update data in internal systems.

• Monitor tools and provide the knowledge necessary to manage projects.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong command of both English and Polish (minimum B2 level).

• Active student status for at least one more year, with availability for at least 30 hours per week.

• Interest in the PMO role, with experience in project work or student organizations.

• Based in Warsaw or Kraków, with the ability to work on-site at the office.

• Well-organized, communicative, creative, with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, flexible work style.
