You will be a member of Accenture’s IT organization and, as an IT Project Manager, will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for IT infrastructure projects supporting Accenture Operations service delivery.

As an ISM Infrastructure Services Management Manager, you will act as a trusted business advisor, providing guidance on infrastructure operations and optimization.
This role involves collaborating with internal and external IT teams to ensure that infrastructure and services effectively meet business needs.

You must understand the business strategy, maintain long-term relationships between IT and business stakeholders, take ownership of incidents, and work with various IT teams to provide resolutions.

Daily interaction with business counterparts is essential for managing expectations.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships between Accenture Operations teams and client/internal IT teams.
  • Stakeholder management
  • Lead technology infrastructure transition projects.
  • Handle escalations.
  • Provide ISM services to entrusted accounts/contacts.
  • Service management and reporting.
  • Manage the tech budget (technology cost budgeting, optimization, recovery, and variance tracking)
  • Support quality program implementations.
  • Plan and manage business continuity tests.
  • Assist with external and internal audits.


 

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of overall experience in IT infrastructure management, IT solutions, or IT support
  • Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Technical background in IT operations
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Self-motivated and responsible
  • Broad experience with account management, customer relationships, business development, and IT security basics
  • Experience with IT projects.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technologies
