Assignments will be designed with the intent to rapidly expose participant to the most important aspects of successful leadership resulting into an amazing win-win experience where fresh and external mindset is expected to feed the seed for a future team transformation and the participant will get exposure to an innovative business and executive leadership . Upon completion of the assignment participant will share outcome of the project in HP executive team as well as back to its original company.
Job description:
As a participant of the LAP program, you will be reporting to the LAP manager who will be supporting you along this career journey.
· You will get outcome-based assignment for a period of 2 months that best fit your skills and career needs to grow and shine.
· You will have an Assignment Manager who will be setting the assignment objectives and supporting and tracking your day-to-day activities inherent to the role.
· You will be fully integrated with the HP LF LAP team that is formed of individuals from Large Format that are part of a long term rotational program to accelerate their growth toward leadership. This will be a great opportunity to be part of a talent acceleration program to get exposure and visibility beyond given assignment.
· You will be expected to bring your out of the box, outsider view into the host team to optimize, transform and lead internal activities that help the team to be future ready, while delivering on the assignment role.
· You will be expected to share your assignment outcomes on a regular basis at executive level.
Job assignments will vary upon candidates and their career journey; as such, detailed responsibilities will vary upon the assignment and will be discussed with the host manager at the time of job assignment matching. Knowledge and experience
· Typically, 3 to 5 years of work experience
· Experience in any discipline that translate into a set of skillsets that could be valued on upcoming rotational challenges.
