Responsibilities

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Are you looking for an opportunity to grow and build your career in a dynamic and motivating environment? The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Vice President, Metal Fabrication.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Vice President's schedule and meetings, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and in a timely manner

  • Arrange travel, including reservations and management of business travel

  • Process voucher requisitions in the Oracle system

  • Complete expense reports

  • Respond to requests for information, prepare necessary documentation and follow up on actions

  • Provide administrative support to the entire Metal Fabrication team

Are you a MATCH?

Qualification: 

  • Degree in administration and/or secretarial studies

  • 10 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment

  • Good communication skills both spoken and written

  • Good computer skills: experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheet, Presentation, Calendar)

  • Knowledge of ORACLE is an asset
