Are you looking for an opportunity to grow and build your career in a dynamic and motivating environment? The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Vice President, Metal Fabrication.Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the Vice President's schedule and meetings, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and in a timely manner
Arrange travel, including reservations and management of business travel
Process voucher requisitions in the Oracle system
Complete expense reports
Respond to requests for information, prepare necessary documentation and follow up on actions
Provide administrative support to the entire Metal Fabrication team

Are you a MATCH?
Qualification:
Degree in administration and/or secretarial studies
10 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment
Good communication skills both spoken and written
Good computer skills: experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheet, Presentation, Calendar)
Knowledge of ORACLE is an asset
