What you’ll do?

  • You'll be the face of our front office & welcoming all visitors. (part-time or full-time from Monday to Friday) 

  • Handling company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.  

  • Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations with precision and confidentiality. 

  • Assisting with employee file management and processing HR-related documents. 

  • Working closely with Facility, IT and Finance teams to keep everything running smoothly. 

  • Helping issue access cards for employees and visitors. 

  • Managing office supply orders. 

  • Assisting with company events held on-site. 

What you’ll bring:

  • Reliability & Punctuality 

  • 1-3 years of administrative/customer facing experience  

  • Excellent communication skills. English Language - C1  

  • Sound knowledge of MS Office is required 

  • University degree in Business Administration or similar is an advantage
