SofiaStars is expanding, and we are looking for a new Office Assistant to join our growing team. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support the daily operations of our office and contribute to our continued success. 

If you’re a proactive, organized, and communicative person, we would love to have you on board as we scale up our operations.

 

 ✅Responsibilities:

 

✔️ Be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering a welcoming and professional reception experience.

✔️ Support day-to-day office operations by collaborating with teams such as IT, HR, Procurement, and Capability Development.

✔️ Assist the Facility Manager and take over their duties during their absence.

✔️ Coordinate the reception, accommodation, and transportation of business guests.

✔️ Help organize company events, trainings, and meetings.

✔️ Provide basic technical assistance related to office furniture, lighting, and equipment.

✔️ Manage office supplies, keep accurate records, and coordinate shipments with courier services.

✔️ Ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and security regulations.

 

  ✅Qualifications:

✔️ Completed education degree.

✔️ Experience in a similar role is not required, but prior experience in office, corporate, or hospitality environments is a plus.

✔️ Fluent in English, with proficiency in both verbal and written communication at a minimum B2 level.

✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and generally tech-savvy.

✔️ Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills.

✔️ Friendly, disciplined, able to work effectively within a team, and able to maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
