Job Overview:
Responsible for day-to-day administration of low complexity in support of the overall Contracts Team; coordinate departmental schedules; manage/distribute communications in department mailbox; other administrative duties as assigned
Summary of Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally with Contract Associates and Contract Analysts to process contracts in a timely manner.
Assist with following up with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of study contracts.
Process and complete assignments within specified TATs.
Managing/responding to emails from the Contracts Mailbox, as assigned.
Support and update all applicable systems as assigned (e.g. Salesforce, QBS, contracts database, etc.) to provide accurate and up-to-date information on contract status and details in a timely manner Participate in process improvement initiatives intended to improve global delivery of contracts.
Adhere to Contract Management policies and process.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Include:
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Well organized/able to prioritize workload.
Ability to interact with employees at all levels.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience:
0-2 year business experience; pharmaceutical or CRO preferred.
Ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize.
Works in a team environment.
Focus on client satisfaction.
Possesses effective communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining professionalism.
Proven ability to work remotely/independently.
Experience and comfort in a high volume, fast paced environment is essential.
Additional Skills / Education Desired:
High School Diploma/Educated to Advanced GCE Level (or equivalent experience)
Associates or Bachelors degree a plus
