Responsibilities

  • Provide general clerical support, including filing & data entry
  • Manage calendars and schedules for assigned staff
  • Customer & Vendor Coordination in admin related tasks
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking
  • Assist with transportation arrangement and maintaining transportation log sheets
  • Compose and format professional documents (letters, emails)
  • Engage with admin related tasks of the outside vendors
  • Research and compile information as assigned
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with special projects as needed
