Description -

Job Summary:
The Marketing Finance and Digital Media Operations team is a group of 15 individuals located in Wroclaw, responsible for managing the end-to-end financial and operational processes related to marketing activities for EMEA region. A specific segment of the team focuses on Digital Media campaigns.

The team closely cooperates with teams involved in running Digital Media campaigns: from operational side they ensure that purchase orders are opened, invoices are paid in timely manner, compliant documentation is submitted to confirm budget that was spent and to receive reimbursement of funds from Alliance partners. From financial perspective the team is involved in monthly reconciliation of spend vs budget planned and preparation of the data for Month-End-Close entries.


Responsibilities:
• Managing end-to-end digital campaign budget for EMEA market Digital Media: alignment to media plans before media campaign activation, POs (Purchase Orders) management in BMT (Budget Marketing Tool): initiating marketing POs, updating SOW (Statement of Work) templates, ensuring invoices are processed,

• Forecasting media campaigns spend,

• Reconciling budget utilization (spend vs budget), providing inputs of for accruals / deferrals to Finance team,

• Controlling and reporting the actual spend,

• Preparing final documentation upon completion of campaigns for Alliance POE (Proof of Execution) process,

• Provides advisory to Marketing team on the process set-up or changes,

• Supports policy and process enhancement, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth.

Education and Experience Required:

• First level university degree with a focus in business or economics

• Typically 2-4 years of experience as an operational or finance analyst

• May have experience in more than one finance functions

Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic understanding of accounting processes and principles,

• Good organizational and analytical skills,

• Focus on details,

• Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel),

• Good communication skills,

• Good teamwork skills.
