The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team are at the forefront of strategic decision making providing impactful analysis and insight for senior leaders. Main Duties include: Lead a team of 8-10 finance professionals through a dynamic monthly close process Provide leadership, coaching, and development to direct reports to enable their potential and amplify team output. Provides sophisticated decision support to business leadership through the creation and enhancement of decision tools, models, presentations, and dashboards. Collects, analyzes and interprets complex financial and operating data for business units and/or corporate functions. Prepares reports and analyses in support of monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes and ongoing financial activities. Leads the forecasting and budgeting processes for assigned business units and/or functional areas. Collaborates with department, operational management and cross-functional teams to identify problems and develop solutions. Makes recommendations on system and process improvements to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Required Education and Experience: Master’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification. MBA or CFA preferred. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting; advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software and ERP systems; PowerBI preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Working knowledge of accounting and financial principles. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing financial reports and analyses. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
