About the responsibilities:

  • Review and release customer orders on Credit hold

  • Issuing manual invoices and credit notes upon local country request

  • Perform customer refunds

  • Declare payments in foreign currency

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports related to AR

  • Perform credit checks of customers

  • Calculation of customer cash discounts

  • Send copy of invoice upon requests by customers

  • Send dunning letters to the customers

  • Prepare cash forecasts

  • Customer reconciliations

  • Bank reconciliations – Reconcile bank statements against IМ ERP records, research and correct discrepancies, address discrepancies to the responsible team after investigation and identification of the mismatch

  • AR Sub ledger to GL reconciliations – research, correct and escalate discrepancies

  • Create and post manual journal entries within the authorized levels and processes

  • Мaintaining Factoring/Flooring programs where applicable

About you:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Auditing

  • Accounting or Finance experience

  • Written and spoken English skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Outlook

  • Intermediate knowledge of data entry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Excellent detail orientation

  • Intermediate level of problem solving, judgment and research

  • Meets Deadlines/Time Management
