Job Description: Performs a variety of technical and analytical functions related to trade financing and servicing. Responsibilities include researching, analyzing, and resolving trade documents that require specialized, sensitive, and/or exception handling; evaluating issuances, amendments, and negotiations for import/export letter of credit payment requests; providing client servicing for both Import and Export Letter of Credit clients; providing client servicing and operational support for extended processing teams/sites; preparing and reconciling daily and monthly reports; accurate capturing of production volumes LOB Description: Global Credit Operations: Responsible for the fulfillment, servicing and protection of credit offerings for business banking, Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM), commercial and corporate clients as well as leasing and trade products. Responsibilities: Processes transactions related to various Trade Finance products and performs support and servicing functions, such as problem resolution and exception handling for clients and business partners Communicates complex data and information clearly and effectively to clients and business partners Performs a variety of technical and analytical functions related to trade financing and servicing including researching, analyzing, auditing, tracing Resolving Trade Finance documents that require specialized, sensitive, or exception handling Manages risk by ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and proactively, identifying and escalating potential risks Develops capabilities and competencies through self-study or participation in trainings on system enhancements Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year Trade experience, Wire payment, Letters of credit Minimum of 1 year knowledge of trade finance operations and documentation Willingness to learn Willingness to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision Proficient in Microsoft Suite, PowerPoint, Excel Skills: • Attention to Detail • Customer and Client Focus • Recording/Organizing Information • Adaptability • Collaboration • Prioritization • Analytical Thinking • Oral Communications • Problem Solving • Research Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Privacy Statement: https://careers.bankofamerica.com/en-us/privacy-notice At Bank of America, we are guided by a common purpose to help make financial lives better through the power of every connection.
