Job Description:

HP's Large Format Printing GBU Finance team is looking for a skilled analyst to provide financial guidance and support HP SitePrint into the Construction Services organization. 

HP SitePrint is a new product category that is disrupting the construction industry by automating previously manual processes in the job site like construction layout or reality capture. HP SitePrint isrobotic solution being developed like an incubation, in an end-to-end team that is responsible of the strategy, technology roadmap, product delivery and go-to-market.

This role involves partnering with both regional and global teams. Additionally, the candidate will support the Large Format GBU Spend Finance team and act as the main point of contact for some of our LF GBU staff members and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L Management: Oversee end-to-end P&L management, drive forecast predictability, and derive insights for P&L decision-making. This includes driving efficiencies, enhancements, and automation.
  • Spend Management: Provide spend management, guidance, and analytics to the Quality Assurance, Strategy, CED, and PMO organizations. Partner with business and finance leadership to drive proactive spend management initiatives aimed at improving processes and OOP.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • P&L forecasting, budgeting, margin improvement reviews, revenue recognition, month-end close management, and ensuring transparent and timely information flow to business and finance decision-makers.
  • Conduct complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, using a strong understanding of the business to determine the best methods for achieving objectives.
  • Consult with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
  • Drive regular choice point review meetings to identify risks and opportunities, improving OOP through best-in-class spend management.
  • Provide insights in supporting a gradual shift from traditional business monetization to alternative ways to unlock services and reality capture market opportunities
  • Ensure spend management controls are in place and followed.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive spend reporting to facilitate decision-making
  • Skills required include strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge with the aptitude to extract information and process transactions from the existing business systems

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
