Essential Job Functions:
- Provide subject matter knowledge to solve complex security issues and provide support to DXC business operations in Western Europe.
- Assist the Regional Security Lead in maintaining communication and collaboration with the regional and country management teams and other stake holders to assure the alignment between risks, business needs and security measures.
- Assist in analyzing security risks and propose cost effective passive, reactive, and/or proactive measures to address these risks.
- Assist in conducting and supporting investigations within the region or elsewhere as requested by Global Security Management.
- Responds to security emergencies.
- Provides support as directed in areas of executive protection, crisis management, site security, brand security, etc
- Assist in developing and maintaining security data to enable trending and return on investment analysis. Maintains incident reporting database and measures.
- Assist in managing budgets and 3rd party vendors under supervision of region or program leadership.
- Assist in providing guidance and support to all security related audit programs in the region
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in Environment Health & Safety
• Proficiencies in EHS data analysis, compliance reporting, and effective communication
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
