职位介绍:
对与上海迪士尼度假区及其附属资产有关的犯罪行为,严重违规行为及其工作区的暴力伤害等事件开展全面调查。在调查中利用好的面谈技巧和技术资产收集信息,根据需要同公司内部商业伙伴和外部机构进行协作。在调查工作中保持客观,中立,保密和公平,具备最高的正直道德水准。具备分清事情轻重缓急并进行处置以及在复杂情况下良好的平衡能力。能同合作伙伴保持良好的合作关系并懂得如何促进共同发展。同调查领导就重要事项进行交流。
工作内容:
- 根据上级领导的工作部署,对暴力事件,欺诈,盗窃,违规及危害公司及商标权益等事件开展调查
- 在案件调查中运用直接面谈,电子取证,人事及记录系统,在线及开源资料调查等手段收集相关信息
- 在上级领导的授权下,利用电子设备对相关运作是否正当开展监视和监督
- 利用案件管理软件全面记录调查活动,其中包括案件摘要,访谈记录,活动日志,照片和录像文件及证据复查
- 根据后台数据对指定的案件类型及特殊情况展开评估及分析,并完成分析报告
- 同业务线伙伴和外部机构合作开展跨领域调查活动
- 恰当地向调查领导和商业伙伴报告重大事项
- 按照上级领导的要求参加职业及专业培训

Welcome to the Security, Safety, Fire and Health Service Team
As an expert in security, safety, fire and health services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation of the entire resort. You will design safety protocols, formulate strategies and guarantee that guests can enjoy a safe and magical experience. Throughout the implementation process, you will collaborate closely with frontline cast members, upholding industry-leading standards and effectively executing safety plans.
Job Summary:
Conduct comprehensive investigations of criminal acts, serious policy violations and workplace violence etc. incidents at the Shanghai Disney Resort and its associated properties. Utilize advanced interview techniques and technological assets to gather information as part of the investigations process. Coordinate with internal business partners and external agencies as needed during the investigation and adjudication of assigned cases. Maintain objectivity, impartiality, confidentiality and fairness in investigative work, conducting him/herself with the highest degree of integrity. Use developed sense of prioritization to balance high-volume case load. Identify and elevate incident trends to Investigations leadership. Develop and foster strong business partner relationships in a way that supports collaboration. Elevate/communicate significant issues to Investigation leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct investigations into incidents of workplace violence, fraud/theft, policy violation, and Company/brand concerns etc. as assigned by Investigations leadership
- Gather required information for case development using direct interviews, forensic review of security and personnel/records systems, and online/open source research
- Conduct integrity surveillance operations, live or electronic, as authorized by Investigations leadership
- Thoroughly document investigative activities and findings using case management software, to include case summaries, interview notes, activity logs, photo/video documentation and evidence reviews
- Conduct incident assessment and analysis based on investigation data, finish analysis report
- Collaborate with LOB partners and external agencies as necessary for cross-disciplinary investigations
- Notify Investigations leadership and LOB partners as appropriate for significant issues, to include written incident briefs
- Attend professional training opportunities as directed by Investigations leadership
- Work on assigned shifts as determined by Investigations leadership to include early morning/late evening/weekend shift coverage and occasional overtime

- Work experience in large park or amusement park
- Prior Security, Law Enforcement, Military or comparable experience
- Understanding of the criminal judicial process
- First responder experience
- Experience with CCTV operations, forensic review
- Experience with HR/Labor Relations/Legal partnerships in a corporate environment
