Our Early Development team focuses on Phase I and IB trials which represent the first practical tests of a compound’s clinical relevance and commercial viability. They are the culmination of years or even decades of research. Moreover, they set the stage for subsequent studies that will ultimately determine your compound’s efficacy, safety and positive impact on patient’s lives. Discover Impactful Work: As a Research Lab Tech, you will perform laboratory procedures such as blood harvesting and urine monitoring according to protocol as assigned. You will be responsible for working with coordinators to assure the smooth and orderly flow of procedures in the Clinics, Lab and Urine Monitoring areas. A day in the Life: Collects and harvest plasma, serum, and all other required laboratory specimens according to protocol specifications. Monitors the collection of urine and/or fecal specimens from subjects participating in studies. Completes all required study documents and might need to be trained on special equipment per protocol. Assures that all procedures and processing areas are maintained in a neat, clean, and organized manner. Performs other duties as assigned. Keys to Success: Education High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Technical positions may require a certificate Experience Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 1 year).
