Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;
- Analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
- Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
- Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations.
