Our Back-office DC/POS Specialist is responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders and order cycle; Quote customers on price and availability of product.

  • Proactively updating on vendor product promotions and new product offerings.

  • Maintaining good business relationship with the customer base

  • Being point of contact for offers, orders and projects for the vendor and the Ingram Micro resellers

  • Managing areas of focus to meet set targets, maintaining the existing customer base and monitors the revenue.

  • Verifying pricing and expiration dates with vendor and resellers partners

  • Maintaining and applying product/vendor knowledge applicable to fulfill customer requests and capitalize on add-on solution selling opportunities.

  • Previous experience in sales

  • Excellent English and Bulgarian language skills

  • Excellent time-management skills

  • Experience in an international environment is considered an advantage

  • Attention to detail and outgoing personality
