Main Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Tracking and Sales Forecast Accuracy -  Monitor and validate revenue-related data, billing activities, and sales forecasts; collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and provide reliable insights to support informed business decisions.
  • Sales Execution - Conduct outbound campaigns, qualify leads, and drive new business through calls and emails, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Client Relationship Management - Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients, assess their needs, monitor activity, and offer tailored solutions, rewards, or upsell opportunities.
  • Renewals and Customer Retention -  Own the customer renewal cycle, identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and proactively close renewal agreements while educating clients on product value.
  • Internal Support - Coordinate with quoting, operations, finance, and account management teams to troubleshoot issues, execute upgrades, and support internal initiatives.
  • Process Improvement - Contribute to the development of sales processes, best practices, and training programs to optimize deal execution, customer experience, and internal workflows.

This would be the right role for you if you have:

  • Excellent verbal and written German, Turkish, Dutch, French or Spanish (C1 Level);
  • Very good level of English (B2 – C1 Level);
  • Previous sales or account management experience is a plus;
  • Experience in the development of sales strategy;
  • Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a strong passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
