Description -
We are opening an exciting early career opportunity for a creative individual to join the HP Store UK team and help drive the success of our core and growth PC business areas. In this role you will provide essential support in creating, executing, and measuring the action plan to drive the ECommerce performance and achieve our business and financial objectives.
Supporting the PC Business Managers, the key responsibilities of this role involve
- Ensuring strong 4P execution across the Displays, Peripherals and Services product sets on HP Store, developing strategies on increasing both point of sale attach, post-purchase attach, and stand-alone sales on these key growth areas
- Defining and driving growth initiatives to a clear plan with well-defined lead and lag measures
- Working closely with the Performance Marketing, CRM and Merchandising functions to ensure relevant and consistent visibility of these products sets throughout the purchase cycle
- Continuously monitoring and maximizing key e-commerce metrics such traffic volume and quality, Add to Basket & Conversion rates, and Average Order Value, course correcting where stats are off plan
- Driving strong engagement and alignment with Category & Marketing teams on relevant product areas
- Providing general support to the PC business managers with day to day tasks such as
- Providing reporting to support decision making & provide business insights
- Stock and sales management – ensuring the store is always in stock within business targets & following the market promotional plan
- Building the quarterly category and promotional plans & driving execution

Preferred Experience:
- Four-year Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Ideally demonstrates knowledge of HP’s PC offering and the competitive landscape
- Ideally demonInterest in and knowledge of E-Commerce fundamentals (Traffic channels, Digital performance metrics, Search Engine Marketing)
