We are looking for a Regional Growth Lead to support our team in LATAM!

As a Regional Growth Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving Aleph’s new business growth across the LATAM region. You’ll focus on building strategic partnerships with top-tier Ecommerce and Apps clients, helping them unlock growth opportunities through digital advertising solutions. This is a dynamic, senior role for someone passionate about digital innovation, partnership building, and delivering tangible business outcomes in a fast-paced international environment.

What You’ll Do

    • Define and execute a regional growth strategy, identifying and closing high-value business opportunities within Ecommerce and Apps industries.
    • Build impactful, long-term relationships with C-level decision makers and senior agency partners, acting as a trusted advisor on digital trends and growth strategies.
    • Lead deal-making processes — from discovering client needs to developing tailored proposals, negotiating multi-million-dollar agreements, and securing long-term partnerships.
    • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless client experience and achieve ambitious revenue and pipeline goals.
    • Represent Aleph at key LATAM industry events, panels, and conferences, positioning our value proposition to new business audiences.

What You Need For This Role

    • Extensive experience in digital advertising sales, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a business development role.
    • Demonstrated success in building and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships within large, complex organizations.
    • Strong commercial acumen and experience preparing and negotiating large-scale deals, partnership proposals, and service agreements.
    • Solid understanding of multiple digital media platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Twitter) and the ability to formulate integrated digital strategies.
    • Established connections within the digital advertising industry and relevant verticals in LATAM, particularly Ecommerce and Apps.
    • A collaborative, creative mindset with the ability to navigate complex regional markets and drive results through influence and partnerships.
