Job Description:

Are you a passionate sales professional with complex selling skills? Then join our international sales team and work in a global environment to provide our customers with the best supply chain solutions in the healthcare industry.

What you will do

  • Position and sell the entire UPS portfolio of supply chain services – including Parcel, Freight Forwarding, and Warehousing & Distribution solutions
  • Acquire new customers and manage existing key accounts in the healthcare segment
  • Identify new business opportunities along the supply chain of our customers and develop sales strategies
  • Take responsibility for achieving revenue targets
  • Map out complex supply chains to fully understand customer needs and position suitable solutions and services, with a focus on end-to-end solutions
  • Build a strong internal and external network and collaborate with the global team
  • Manage customer master data, prepare offers and contracts, and handle contract renewals
  • Maintain internal sales systems and perform general administrative tasks and reporting

What makes you strong

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Excellent English skills both verbal and written (other languages are a plus).
  • Very good PC skills, specifically Microsoft Office products.
  • Previous experience as Account Executive and excellent sales skills demonstrated by proven track of success in sales. 
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and strong communication abilities (including written, verbal and presentation skills)
  • Proactive, ambitious, confident, quick learner and uses own initiative 
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and autonomy
  • Flexibility and willingness to constant and frequent moves in Spain and occasionally Europe
  • Results-oriented with a passion for healthcare and innovation
  • Healthcare sector experience is a plus
