Responsibilities
iBanFirst is hiring highly motivated Institutional Sales Professionals to drive business growth across two key segments in Luxembourg: Corporate and Holding Structures and the Alternative Fund Industry.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment, offering tailored financial solutions to corporations, holding structures, private equity firms and other alternative investment funds.
We are looking for hands-on professionals with a deep industry knowledge, a strong network within Luxembourg’s financial ecosystem, and a proven track record in institutional sales who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What will you do:
- Corporate and Holding Structures
- Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting international corporations and holding companies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate legal advisors, family offices, and corporate service providers.
- Offer tailored solutions for cross-border payments and FX risk management.
- Alternative Fund Industry
- Develop and implement a sales strategy focused on private equity firms, venture capital firms, real estate funds, securitization vehicles, and other alternative investment funds.
- Build strong relationships with fund administrators, investment managers, and family offices.
- Deliver tailored FX, hedging, and payment solutions to institutional clients to optimize their international financial operations.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving fund regulations, investor needs, and market trends to anticipate client requirements.
What do you bring:
- 3-6 years of experience in institutional sales, corporate financial services, fund administration, FX, or payments.
- Established network within the Luxembourg financial ecosystem, including corporate service providers, family offices, and alternative fund managers.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- A self-starter mentality, able to work autonomously and drive success in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
- Deep understanding of FX markets, hedging strategies, and cross-border payments.
- Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
- Based in Luxembourg or willing to relocate.
