We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to support our client engagement efforts and account management processes. Key Responsibilities
Assist senior representatives in managing client accounts and delivering timely solutions
Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and service
Conduct research to identify client needs and industry trends
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation to support account activities
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success
Monitor account progress and contribute to performance analysis and optimization
Participate in client meetings and provide actionable insights
Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
