Job Description:

Nexmos Design is currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that align with our clients’ goals and brand identity. The ideal candidate has a passion for event logistics, client service, and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept through completion

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution

• Manage timelines, budgets, and event logistics including venue booking, catering, and audiovisual setup

• Conduct site inspections and attend events to oversee on-the-ground operations

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive event documentation and post-event evaluations

• Ensure all events align with the client's brand and objectives

• Address and resolve any issues that arise before, during, or after events

• Assist with the creation of event materials such as schedules, floor plans, and signage
