We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of a wide variety of events, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to grow in the event coordination field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish

  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure event needs are met

  • Manage logistics, timelines, and on-site setup/tear-down

  • Support with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoicing

  • Prepare materials and documentation related to event planning

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and generate reports

  • Maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks related to events

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in event planning or a similar administrative/coordinator role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed

  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong attention to detail
