We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our Events Department. You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about event logistics, client service, and creative execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution

  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers

  • Handle event setup, breakdown, and logistics management

  • Maintain organized records of budgets, timelines, and contracts

  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all elements run seamlessly

  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure cohesive brand messaging

  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory, and reporting

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in event planning or coordination

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings
