What you’ll be doing:
Creating engaging content for Ingram Micro’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Coordinating internal and external communications in collaboration with the leadership team.
Driving visibility for internal and external events through targeted communication and promotion.
Ensuring continuous visibility of communications initiatives within the organization.
Creating and updating office screen content to promote initiatives and boost employee engagement, in line with branding and communication goals.
Maintaining brand consistency across all internal and external materials.
Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with job posting promotions, paid ads, employer branding at career events, and other external engagements.
What we’re looking for:
2-3 years of experience in Employer Branding, Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluency in English.
Exceptional writing skills in both Bulgarian and English, with excellent grammar and preciseness.
Ability to communicate effectively – in a short, clear, straight-to-the point manner – tailoring messages based on audience, corporate culture, and global strategy.
Experience managing social media channels and content strategies, including planning, writing, publishing, and performance tracking across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Adaptability and a proactive mindset – comfortable working dynamically within tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
A keen eye for visual content – experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere is a plus.
