Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and steering a promotion strategy that harmonizes audience expectations with our business objectives
- Taking charge of day-to-day execution, overseeing targets, and ensuring the success of offers and live events
- Owning the roadmap for feature and tool development, driving innovation and growth
- Conducting quantitative analysis, extracting crucial insights into product performance and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement and monetization
- Leading A/B and multivariate tests to optimize retention, engagement, and spend metrics
- Tailoring promotions so that they are delivered to the right segment at the right time
- Reporting to & collaborating closely with Head of LiveOps
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of the online entertainment industry (online casino/social games/mobile games)
- Proven ownership of key metrics, with a track record of driving player engagement, retention, and revenue through CRM initiatives
- Robust quantitative and analytical capabilities, prioritizing metrics-driven approaches to decision-making
- Hands-on experience with CRM Software (Smartico, Optimove, Fast Track or other)
- Deep understanding of player behaviors, retention strategies, and gamification mechanics
- Ability to create compelling customer journeys that drive both engagement and long-term value
- Experience with multi-channel campaign execution across email, push, SMS, and onsite
- Proactive team player who takes responsibility for outcomes and isn’t afraid to challenge ideas to find better solutions
- Fluency in English
- Ability to express your thoughts with clarity while demonstrating an excellent grasp of different points of view during discussions
- Good understanding of the product, finance and/or marketing areas
