Nexmos Design is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, conducting market research, and coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that all marketing efforts align with our brand identity and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across various channels

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategy development

  • Assist in the development of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and email campaigns

  • Track the performance of marketing initiatives and compile reports

  • Collaborate with designers and other departments to ensure brand consistency

  • Manage marketing schedules and project timelines

  • Support event planning and promotional activities

  • Maintain and update the company’s marketing databases and contact lists

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software
