Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support and enhance the performance of our business development efforts. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a keen eye for market trends and strong coordination skills. You will work closely with both the marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns, track performance, and develop strategies to grow our brand and client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns in alignment with sales goals

  • Assist in developing sales strategies and promotional materials

  • Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports

  • Monitor campaign metrics and generate performance insights

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure message consistency and brand integrity

  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

  • Assist with event planning and client outreach activities

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
