About the Role

As an Associate Marketing Professional for SSA at Aleph Group, you'll be the dedicated go-to-person for all things marketing in South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria,  shaping the growth and awareness of Aleph in the region.  You will own the execution of the regional B2B marketing strategy and initiatives for priority partners, collaborating closely with Aleph's Regional Sales Director and Country Leads.  

This role requires working with Global Marketing as well as cross-functional teams across sales, communications, and other departments to build the Aleph brand within the Advertiser ecosystem and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and passionate individual to gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of digital advertising within the Sub-Saharan Africa region.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

    • Develop and execute regional B2B marketing strategies to support priority partners and drive business objectives.
    • Plan and implement marketing campaigns, events, and activations to enhance brand awareness and lead generation in the region.
    • Collaborate with sales teams, communications, and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.
    • Create and localize marketing materials, presentations, case studies, and content tailored for the region.
    • Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, and paid media strategies.
    • Analyze and report on marketing performance, ensuring data-driven decisions that enhance ROI.
    • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, media partners, and industry organizations to expand brand visibility.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to identify opportunities for growth.

Background & Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the digital media, advertising, or technology sector.
    • Strong understanding of digital advertising, marketing strategies, and regional market dynamics.
    • Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive business impact.
    • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with global and regional teams.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
    • Experience managing social media, paid media campaigns, and events is a plus.
$12,000 - $15,000 a year
