We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Agent to join our growing team. The Communications Agent will be responsible for managing internal and external communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and professionalism in every message. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and distribute internal and external communications materials

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence

  • Coordinate communication between departments and clients

  • Maintain communication documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping

  • Support communication efforts during company events, meetings, and campaigns

  • Monitor and respond to inquiries from clients and partners

  • Ensure messaging aligns with brand standards and company values

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools

  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset
