About the Role
We are looking for a Global Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Manager to attract top tech talent by displaying what makes us a standout employer in the IT & software space. You will build and execute branding and marketing strategies that highlight our engineering culture, innovation, and employee experience. Position the organization as a desirable place to work, attracting and retaining top talent. Create a positive and engaging experience for job seekers, which can lead to higher-quality applications and a better onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Employer Brand in Tech Market: Develop a branding strategy that resonates with IT professionals.
- Drive Talent Campaigns: Launch targeted digital campaigns across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Glassdoor, and other relevant platforms.
- Create Tech-Focused Content: Highlight projects, tech stacks, team stories, and innovation through blogs, videos, and social media.
- Engage the Tech Community: Plan and run events like hackathons, webinars, university tech talks, and developer meetups.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with HR, TA, marketing, and engineering teams to align messaging and hiring goals.
- Analyze & Optimize: Track campaign performance (e.g., reach, conversion, time-to-fill) and continuously refine strategies.
- Own the Branding Budget: Manage spend across branding channels and events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and impact.
- Managing career site: track organic and paid traffic to our career portal and build strategy on SEO.
Requirements
- 5+ years in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or tech marketing
- Experience promoting tech teams and engineering culture.
- Strong content and digital marketing skills (social, video, blog, campaigns)
- Solid understanding of talent platforms and developer communities
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign ROI.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, tech, and TA teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the employer brand and job opportunities.
- Knowledge of industry trends, candidate preferences, and the competitive landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field preferred
