Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Advertising Assistant to support our marketing and advertising operations. The ideal candidate will assist in executing campaigns, preparing reports, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the advertising team in the planning and execution of campaigns

  • Coordinate and maintain project timelines and deliverables

  • Assist in compiling data for performance tracking and campaign analytics

  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments

  • Maintain organized records of campaign assets and schedules

  • Monitor trends and assist in generating new advertising ideas

  • Assist with budget tracking and invoice management

  • Provide administrative support as needed to the advertising department

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
