Overview:
As a member of an ABX (Account-Based Orchestration) focused Demand Generation team, reporting into the Marketing Department, the successful candidate will develop regional marketing plans that contribute to company growth through driving pipeline and accelerating sales opportunities within the North America market. The ideal candidate must be results-driven, drive cross-functional collaboration, build relationships and alignment with key Sales stakeholders and drive programs and events to support regional priorities. We are a team tightly aligned and collaborative with Sales and Channel and are looking for a team player who can drive and contribute to the success and traction of the team, with the ability to leverage the latest tools and technology to increase performance.
Responsibilities:
Drive plan and execution of comprehensive regional Marketing strategy within North America
In alignment with the broader Demand Generation team, generate and progress new business pipeline for North America Sales
Collaborate with members of broader Demand Generation team to build out Account-Based Orchestration (ABX) that aligns strategic accounts to account-specific campaigns and initiatives
Build strategic relationships with Sales representatives, working closely with sales leaders to identify gaps and opportunities, define target accounts
Understand and know the health of your region’s account universe, and work with Marketing Operations to keep data up to date
Plan and implement ongoing webinars that drive engagement and meetings with end customers
Plan and execute in-person live field events that align to demand generation-based approach. Provide on-site management as needed
Collaborate cross-functionally with broader Demand Generation team, BDRs, Product/ Solutions Marketing, Sales, Partners, Partner Marketing, Partner Programs to drive pipeline via account-first strategies
Monitor campaign performance and lead progression in alignment with Sales teams to drive conversions while recommending optimizations and course corrections
Manage and optimize your region’s field budgets, including budgeting, allocation, tracking expenses to ensure maximum ROI on investments and alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; or high school diploma + 8 years relevant experience
5+ years Regional Marketing/ Field Marketing experience
Direct experience working in B2B SaaS or technology space
Experience working directly with Sales and Field teams
Prior experience in Communications industry preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Marketo and other Marketing tools (including 6Sense, Asana, Tableau)
Exceptional project management skills
Strong project/ program management, attention to detail, time management, prioritization and organizational skills
Proven ability to think strategically, but with strong attention to detail in execution
Knowledge of lead flow and progression.
Ability to work collaboratively across several Marketing functions
