Are you an experienced conveyancing assistant looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a New Build Assistant to join a dynamic and friendly conveyancing team in Harrogate.
This is a client-focused role ideal for someone with at least 12 months' experience in conveyancing, particularly within new build sales and purchases. You'll be part of a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and manage new conveyancing files using a Case Management System
• Issue contracts and assist with replying to enquiries
• Order searches and manage exchange/completion paperwork
• Draft and issue mortgage reports
• Provide regular updates to clients and deal with incoming enquiries
• General admin duties: filing, post, photocopying, archiving, and billing

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 12 months' experience in conveyancing (new build preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident IT user, comfortable with case management systems
• Friendly and professional manner with strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a busy workload
• Team player with a flexible, proactive attitude
