Responsibilities

What you will be doing:
- Completing customer compliance questionnaires
- Contract negotiations with customers
- Review & approval of supplier contracts
- Maintenance of our legal entities in Europe and further corporate housekeeping
- Maintenance and development of our privacy program
- Ensuring that our policies remain compliant with applicable regulations
What we will love about you:
- You are fluent in English and German, and French or Italian is a plus
- You are a fully qualified lawyer with at least 1 year PQE
- You have deep understanding of the legal system in Germany, Switzerland or Austria
- You have a passion for solving legal challenges in an efficient and solution oriented way
- Rigorous, attentive to detail, and able to provide clear and concise explanations
- You are a strong communicator and confident discussing legal topics with both lawyers and non-lawyers
- As a strong analytical thinker, you thrive understanding and adjusting complex contractual agreements
