Responsibilities
POSITION PURPOSE As a P&O Systems Specialist, you’ll provide hands-on technical and operational support for Workday, Zentiva’s core People & Organization Information System and Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. You’ll be at the heart of our HR tech operations, troubleshooting system bugs, implementing improvements, and simplifying processes based on business needs. Working closely with our IT team, you’ll help ensure seamless integrations, enhanced system functionality, and optimal performance. You’ll also play a key role in driving digitalization initiatives, supporting system enhancements, and contributing to major P&O technology projects. Some travel may be required as part of this collaborative, international role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES System & Technical Support Resolve complex P&O process issues and employee queries. Troubleshoot system bugs, approval flows, and technical problems with P&O or Finance teams. Collaborate with IT on system improvements, process simplification, and Workday integrations. Ensure smooth interoperability and accurate data flow with downstream systems. Training & Documentation Deliver “Train the Trainer” sessions on Workday features. Create and maintain user guides and e-learning content. Support the digitalization of P&O records and documents. Reporting & Data Management Design and update reports and Manager Dashboards. Maintain data accuracy and master data quality. Conduct audits, data cleaning, and system setup tasks. System Enhancements & Testing Implement process and technical improvements aligned with business needs. Test biannual Workday updates and support annual HR cycles (performance, talent, compensation). Contribute to key P&O system projects and tech upgrades. Integration & System Administration Integrate newly acquired companies into Workday. Manage organizational structures, user access, and account setups. Ensure integration with other enterprise systems. Mass Data Loads Prepare and execute EIB templates for bulk data uploads. Employee Portal & P&O Technologies Maintain Zentiva’s employee portal and related HR tech tools. Drive HR process digitalization and workflow efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS In-depth knowledge of P&O processes 3–5 years of experience with P&O systems, particularly Workday Hands-on expertise in identifying and fixing system bugs and implementing process improvements Strong proficiency in the Human Capital Management suite and Workday-related solutions Experience collaborating with IT teams on technical enhancements and system optimization Strong proficiency in English Understanding of system integrations and interoperability Ability to support and manage key P&O system projects Willingness to travel as required Our Recruitment Process: To be considered for this role, please apply in our Applicant tracking system and refrain from sending your CV via email.
