Technical Analyst

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
• Participate in architecture projects and initiatives, assisting in project success.
• Collaborate with solution architects to deliver technical solutions that meet project requirements.
• Assist in implementing architectural standards and guidelines.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions.
• Help identify and address architectural issues.
• Work closely with team members to contribute to project success.
• Maintain clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role years of experience in solution architecture or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Prior experience working on cross-functional team projects, leading small projects, or workstreams in architecture
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology

Other Qualifications:
• Willingness to learn and develop architectural skills
• Active pursuit of relevant certifications or coursework
• Adaptability and readiness to take on new challenges
