As a Systems Analyst for our HR chatbot powered by artificial intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in crafting how we support our employees. This ambitious project offers you the chance to contribute to an exceptionally forward-thinking initiative within a proven, industry-leading company.

A day in the Life:

  • Capture business requirements from a technological perspective
  • Perform testing of the AI chatbot, reviewing responses, decisions, and transactions
  • Run detailed reports on chatbot and HR service usage
  • Assist the project architect with Proof of Concepts (POCs)

Keys to Success:

Success in this role requires balancing technical and business skills, working effectively during US hours, and collaborating with diverse teams.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

  • Prior experience in systems analysis
  • Experience working in HR
  • Experience with content management systems and file repositories
  • Experience with AI and chatbot technologies

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
