Your role:

Actively participate in engineering tasks and projects by writing code, contributing to the overall deliverables
Perform code-reviews to identify potential issues or alternative solutions
Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and quarterly goals
Take part in designing, scoping and maintaining features and components
Manage the product backlog with the help of the Product Owners
Determine project requirements and developing work schedules for the team

Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to deliver quality timely outcomes
Assist in management, including hiring, onboarding, training, and keeping management updated on team performance

What Makes You Stand Out:

2+ years of experience leading a team of 5-10 people
5+ years of experience in a front-end development role
Strong knowledge of JavaScript & React
Extensive understanding of architectural styles and design patterns
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Superior interpersonal communication skills

Desired (but not essential):

Experience in developing mobile applications
Experience in FinTech
Experience with decentralized IT and distributed systems
A good understanding of the blockchain technology and the digital assets space
Passion for innovation and disruption in the blockchain ecosystem
