We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Delivery Manager to ensure our cross-functional teams ship high-quality products on time. You’ll be the connective tissue between product, engineering, design, ops, and legal-driving clarity, removing blockers, and keeping everyone aligned through the chaos of fast-paced delivery.
What you’ll do:
Create and manage detailed delivery timelines, resourcing plans, and execution schedules
Track progress, surface risks early, and coordinate resolution of delivery blockers
Align cross-functional teams around product milestones and ensure readiness for launch
Drive workflow improvements across product, engineering, design, operations, and legal
Enforce quality checkpoints and smooth team handoffs throughout the delivery lifecycle
Keep stakeholders and clients informed with timely, clear updates on progress and risks
Work closely with legal to ensure all documentation, contracts, and compliance steps are completed pre-launch
What you’ll need:
Proven experience in delivery or project management in tech or product-led environments
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail
Excellent communicator who can align diverse stakeholders and resolve ambiguity
Comfortable working across multiple disciplines and navigating shifting priorities
Familiarity with delivery management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or equivalents)
An eye to spot inefficiencies in all phases of delivering the projects, and a strong will to resolve these
Ability to laser focus the team effort on the highest impact items
Nice to have:
Experience supporting backlog organization and delivery
Exposure to coordinating Help Center updates or legal content for in-app release
Background working with legal or compliance teams on product-related documentation and regulatory checklists
