Job Description

At Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., we are seeking a Systems Analysis Lead who will play a pivotal role in our ambitious team. This position offers the outstanding opportunity to contribute to world-class HR Technology Services by delivering high quality support and collaborating with our outstanding internal partners!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional lead a distributed team of 6 in monitoring data flows in our HR systems, with a focus on Oracle Fusion HCM, and determine any issues/errors.
  • Deliver end-user support for Oracle through a structured ticketing system, resolving technical inquiries efficiently.
  • Complete audits to ensure data integrity within Oracle, conducting detailed analysis and effectively implementing resolutions.
  • Assist in data conversion activities, including mass data loads (HSDLs), to maintain data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure efficient support and successful project outcomes.
  • Provide core HR data support related to Workday in conjunction with other teams.
  • Conduct in-depth research on system issues, proposing and implementing process improvements to improve operational efficiency.
  • Review and update existing work instructions to reflect system changes and standard processes.

  • Quick learner, able to adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with HR Systems fix and support is required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in system data support, technical support, or similar roles.
  • Data Management in HCM, OTL, ABS in Oracle as well as HSDL loads would be considered a benefit.
  • Experience with SNOW ticketing system or similar would be beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
