Citrix System Engineer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Citrix System Engineer to join our UniQue Luxembourg team.

What will you be doing in this role:

• Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch, architectural considerations, risk analysis, gap analysis, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices in the area of Nutanix and Citrix System engineering
• Provision of technical studies.
• Elaboration of design documentation, with consultation with stakeholders.
• Elaboration of vision documents focused upon Systems components.
• Deliver the design, installation and configuration of these technologies.
• Operate European Institution's IT services according to agreed service levels, ITSM best practices, internal policies and procedures.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level of technical support, register and troubleshoot incidents and escalating to external parties.
• Creation and testing of standard operational procedures – backups, restore, monitoring etc.
• Implementing, configuring, administering, monitoring and maintaining the European Institution's IT systems to deliver a 24/7 secure, reliable and efficient service for the European Institution Case Management System and the whole organization.
